On April 29th (local time), Billboard Music Awards announced its nominations for the upcoming award ceremony. The supergroup BTS won four nominations: ŌĆ£Top Duo/Group,ŌĆØ ŌĆ£Top Song Sales Artist,ŌĆØ ŌĆ£Top Social Artist,ŌĆØ and ŌĆ£Top Selling Song.ŌĆØ This is, by far, their best record. BTS was nominated for BBMA for the 5th consecutive year. And they are the first K-pop artist to win such a feat. Last year, the group was named ŌĆ£Top Social ArtistŌĆØ for the 4th year. In addition, they won ŌĆ£Top Duo/GroupŌĆØ and ŌĆ£Top Song Sales ArtistŌĆØ awards in 2019. Currently, BTS is gearing up for their comeback with their new song ŌĆ£BUTTER.ŌĆØ Meanwhile, Blackpink and Seventeen also received their first-ever BBMA nominations this year.
