ON AIR ŌĆō The Secret Contract revealed its casts on the 4th, including popular K-pop idols and stars such as Super JuniorŌĆÖs Ryewook, Sandara Park, Lee Jin Hyuk, VICTONŌĆÖs Kang Seung Sik, and Golden ChildŌĆÖs Hong Joochan. Attention is focused on the character of the top idol within the show, DJ Aaron (aka Ahn Doo Ri), as a number of male idol singers have been selected to play the role.
First, the all-around star Ryeowook who established himself as the main vocalist, solo singer, and talented musical actor through various works has been cast for the role. Meanwhile, Kang Seung Sik and Lee Jin Hyuk are to make their debut through ON AIR ŌĆō The Secret Contract, as well as Hong Joochan who emerged as a promising actor through Sonata of a Flame. Singer and TV personality Sandara Park and musical actress Jeon Ye Ji will play the female lead, Shin Woo Ri. Han Sun Chun, a musical actor who appeared on Dancing 9, will not only appear as Tae Young but also be joining as the director of choreography to present more complete and perfected moves in the live sitcom. ON AIR ŌĆō The Secret Contract is expected to be an interactive performance that communicates directly with the audience by developing new stories through different episodes. It breaks the framework of musicals and will be reborn as a live sitcom. It is especially noticeable that producer Yoo Seong Mo from SNL Korea participated in the production. The live sitcom is a rom-com story between a feisty and arrogant top idol, DJ Aaron, and screenwriter Shin Woo Ri, who knows his secret. It is to be held at the Gwanglim Art Center in Seoul from the 20th, and can also be watched through LG U+ Idol Live.
