The former CEO of the agency was indicted for threatening a former trainee named Han Seo Hee, who testified to law enforcement in 2016 about a drug allegation involving a former member of YGŌĆÖs boy band iKON, B.I. The tribunal concluded that it was clear that Yang threatened the whistleblower by saying that it ŌĆ£would be easy to destroy someone like youŌĆØ in the entertainment world. However, he has not acknowledged any of his remarks and even denied having said them.
